  I worked with this insurance company since I began driving and I'm sorry to say in the past few years the agency has plummeted downhill! Their rates are higher than most in Gainesville and their service seriously sucks! I have not been able to talk to someone that spoke English and wasn't rude!It's a travesty they have lost all sense of what the people in this town, who have kept them in business, need!

  This place is full of smiling faces when you walk in the door!!!! The name of this company is perfect!! You'll also be smiling when you leave and realize how much money you saved! Excellent service and very helpful. Actually get a call returned when ?'s or problems with prompt and concerned service!! They are all about their customers!!! Great Place!!!! I saved soooo much money!!
